Peter Mark are currently recruiting for Salon Coordinators/Receptionists to join our team in Dublin . This is an excellent opportunity to build your career and progress within the industry with an award winning company. The Role: All applicants must befully flexible as our salon opens late nights. This is a FUll Time Permanent position. You will be responsible for the operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salon. You must be a confident communicator and demonstrate excellent interaction skills to ensure that our clients receive a high standard of service. Experience in hairdressing is not required for this role! You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the reception area and supervision of the salon team. You must be a confident communicator. Maintaining and developing positive relationships with existing and new clients in person and via telephone. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Cash management. Involvement in achieving and motivating the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets. Genuine interest in business goals. Demonstrate strong sales skills. Stock takes. Conduct and participate in staff briefings. Should be comercially minded. Must be willing to travel from salon to salon as the role requires some flexibility. Ideal Candidate: This role requires a dynamic person who has the ability to multitask and is computer literate with a genuine interest in the hair and beauty industry. Must be able to work well under pressure. Is good at motivating and inspiring staff. Must be team oriented, dynamic and flexible. Will need to have some understanding of diary management and online booking systems. Has a good understanding of business and is driven to exceed targets. Requirements: At least two to three years’ experience in a customer service and cash handling environment with strong supervisory skills are necessary. Own transport is preferable as you will be required to travel between salons within your designated area. You must be eligible to work in Ireland. Why work for us?
