Collections Associates with QFA exams paid for. A hugely successful financial services company is seeking experienced Collections Executives for new roles on their collections teams. The successful applicant MUST have 'outbound calling' experience from a fast-paced call centre environmentwith a collections or customer retention background. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: You will have keen negotiating or collection skills. Experience of dealing with high call volume on a daily basis. Love dealing with customers. Possess excellent communications and IT skills (data entry, Word and Excel. Thrive within a fun, fast-paced environment. In return you will receive a basic salary of €25k plus a further €5k bonus.
