Onboarding Case Manager X 2 - commercial banking Due to continued expansion, a leading global bank is currently recruiting for 2 temporary Onboarding Case Managers to join to the existing team to work on a specific Client Due Diligence project. We are especially interested in candidates with both stakeholder and commercial banking experience. NB. These are initially 6 month contract roles. DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES: Manage the client onboarding experience, expectations and communications from the initiation through to account opening. Work closely with the Relationship Manager following sale completions. Coordinate the onboarding process, including the collection of client data necessary to fully complete a Client Due Diligence profile. Work with both new and existing clients – collecting confidential information, managing all file documentation and completing of profiles. You will work to defined Service Level Agreements and liaise with all departments and banking functions to ensure these SLA’s are consistently met. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: QFA or other similar finance qualification preferred (**CPD hours must be up-to-date. Proven track record of successfully working to targets within a client / stakeholder management orientated environment. Strong commercial awareness within a commercial banking environment. Superb communications skills (both written and spoken. Prior project experience is desirable. Adept in working to strict deadlines and able to prioritise workloads. Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Prior experience working within a Due Diligence environment. Location: Dublin city centre. Salary: €35k - €45k (depending on current salary and experience.
