Admin Sales Support Assistant - Insurance. A leading insurance company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Insurance Sales Support Administrator with an insurance or finance background. Please note that applicants must be QFA, APA or Grandfathered in Life, Savings/Investments and Pensions) due to the nature of this role. Duties will involve: Providing support to the Branch Manager and Sales Team - this will involve general admin, booking appointments for the team, assisting with recruitment, assisting associates on a one to one basis as required. You will also manage the checking, registration and submission of all New Business documentation to head office, ensuring that application completion adheres to company policies and standards. Use ofthe following key internal systems SMART, POS, S1 systems, Imageright (full training provided. Preparation of training material and monthly reports. Support the branch in achieving the individual associate and branch targets. Key Requirements: Must have an insurance or finance background and be QFA, APA or Grandfathered in Life, Savings / Investments and Pensions - this is essential! Must be able to work as part of a team. Out-going personality with the ability to deal with all types of people. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Superb Word and Excel skills with strong numerical ability. Highly organised. Excellent communications skills both written and spoken with the ability to understand various language nuances. Location: South County Dublin. Hours: Monday to Friday - flexible hours with the opportunity to work from home for part of the week if necessary. Starting: Aug 2016.
