Our client, a leading fleet solutions and graphics company have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager based in Dublin. The Role: Produce a fully costed marketing functional plan that is based on company promotions and initiative. Set and deliver Marketing & PR Strategy and measuring same. Promote the corporate brand and increase awareness within the UK & Irish Market. Ensure that all internal marketing standards across the business are maintained through regular auditing and management of action plan. Measure, analyse and develop campaigns to ensure return on investment and demonstrate business impact. Establish links to market to with potential partner channels. Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer insights with planned actionable outcomes to enhance customer experience. Manage the development and content of the company website to implement commercial strategies that increase visits and online sales. Responsible for the smooth and effective delivery of both internal and external communications across the business. Design and deliver press statements as directed by Marketing Director. To ensure that key messaging, positioning and measurable objectives are aligned to the brand and business strategy. Responsible for all the aspects of the ‘customer journey’ through the effective delivery of the Customer Experience Plan. To engage with the customer base and co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate customer feedback. Plan & Communicate internally on frequent basis company plans, achievements, goals and milestones. The Person: Qualified Marketing Manager with minimum of 5 years experience. Ability to demonstrate skills in setting and successfully delivering marketing plans. Detailed Project Management Experience. Ability to develop copy and brief internally & 3 rd party service providers. Experience of leading & managing a team. Strong Leadership Skills with the ability to build a motivational and supportive working culture. Experience of working under pressure and prioritise under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent commercial awareness. Able to Demonstrate commitment to continual improvement of customer service standards.
