Our client, a leading fleet solutions and graphics company have an exciting opportunity for a Internal Sales Executive based in Dublin. This is an opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding role with excellent opportunities for personal development. The Role: Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders. Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our management of risk products and services using outbound calling, along with consultative sales techniques to create positive results for the company, our business partners and customers. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, Sales Managers, Marketing Team and Business Partners to acquire new opportunities. Ensure the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects. Main point of contact for all inbound sales enquires. Allocations of leads to sales team. Promote and expand the the company brand. Outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers. Generation of quotes. Administration and processing of new orders. Report to Sales Manager on sales metrics and opportunities. Ensure accurate and complete information is captured on CRM system. The Person: Proven sales achievements and successful sales history in B2B environment preferably in a commercial fleet environment. Demonstration of consistently exceeding targets. Demonstration of technical aptitude and ability to sell technology products. Motivated to over-achieve business objectives with positive attitude at all times. Ability to work on own initiative whilst still a strong team player. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Degree education or relevant experience. Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft suite. Experienced in using CRM systems.
