Project Engineer is required by a biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin . The company is focused on serving patients with severe and ultra-rare disorders through the innovation, development and commercialization of life-transforming therapeutic products. The Project Engineer will: Prepare project charters and feasibility studies including business justification for new projects. Plan and execute multi-discipline capital projects, including project approach and resource needs, options analysis, process and equipment design, engineering document development, and system ownership through the project delivery phases of plan, design, procure, construct, commission and qualification for cGMP and development facilities, to meet projects' scope, budget and schedule. Lead the project team through all project phases from design through to regulatory submission. Engage site functional SME support (Tech Services, Operations, Engineering, and Quality etc.) as required. The Project Engineer will require: BS in chemical or mechanical engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years' experience working in an engineering role in the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industry. Significant experience with leading capital projects through design, construction and commissioning phases. This experience should include demonstrated ability to lead isolated filling line projects.
