The core of our client's business is as a main contractor in general contracting. Many of their projects have culminated landmark buildings today. They now seek a Contracts Manager for projects in Dublin . They require an experienced Contracts Manager to look after a number of projects in the East of the Country, Ideal Candidate and Information; Degree qualified preferable with minimum 7 years experience similar role main contractor. Will also consider an ambitious PM who will grow into the role. Top salary & Benefits for the right person. Based in Maynooth office. Projects range from €3 to €15m - Running 5 projects concurrently. Sectors include; New Build. Banks. Nursing Homes. Universities. Schools. Fit Out. Refurbishments. This role offers the opportunity to become the Regional Director for the East and manage the regional business with turnover up to €20/30m.
