The Ideal Candidate Will Have Significant Experience In Successfully Managing A Restaurant Which Requires Utilizing All Required Attributes For The Position. The Main Premise For The Role Will Require The Successful Candidate To Oversee All Aspects Of Cookhouse Management In Accordance With Company Standards, Including Maximisation Of Financial Performance, Guest Satisfaction, And Staff Development Within Established Quality Standards. The Role Requires The Successful Candidate To Be Responsible For The Day-Today Management Of The Cookhouse And Its Staff.   Main Responsibilities: Responsible For Maximising Revenue And Profitability From All Market Segments. Create A Working Environment That Includes Development Of Colleagues. Promote Exceptional Delivery In Customer Service. Ensure Emphasis On Achieving Revenue Generation. All Duties Are Carried Out In Line With The Company Guidelines And Business Plan. Efficient Operation And Cost Control Of All Departments And Facilities Within The Cookhouse. Duties Include: To Maintain And Regularly Update The Company’S Policies And To Ensure Team Members Are Adhering To It. To Attend All Company Social And Promotional Functions, Maintaining A High Profile With Current And Prospective Clients, Representing The Property. Involvement In Preparation Of Financial Reports For Management That Clearly Explain Operational Effectiveness, Trends And Variances. Executes Marketing, Sales, And Operational Activities, Producing Results That Meet Or Exceed The Company Business Plan. To Be Responsible For The Management/supervisory Team And Ensure That They Are Fully Trained In All Areas Of The Hotel. To Manage And Motivate. Ensures Good Safety Practices Of Employees And Customers, Assisting In The Maintenance Of Proper Emergency And Security Procedures. Ensuring Compliance With Licensing Laws, Health And Safety, Employment Regulations And Other Statutory Regulations.
