What is the opportunity? B2C Residential Field Sales (Energy Sector. Many people misunderstand the role and opportunities in residential door to door sales. It is the avenue most people enter the sales sector by cutting their teeth in what is a fast paced target driven sales role and move onto great careers in sales. Why? My client is a home-grown, renowned Irish company and they are the best at training.  They are looking for top talent to join their expert sales and marketing team. Strongly focused on their new technology solutions in the energy sector, this enterprise is already firmly established and offers the chance to work as part of large teams regionally. This role is a permanent salaried position with great commission dealing with the residential sector based in North Dublin. Sounds great..! But what will my day be like. You will join an existing team and receive comprehensive training in sales and the product family (Energy and Technology apps. Promote and introduce multiple products (including a technology app) to the residential sector in your area. With a firm support team in place, you’ll be in a superb position to present these offerings and succeed in a really positive, up beat environment. You’ll work regular hours (Monday to Friday – No Weekends) and also have the opportunity (in time) to take place in nationwide, high profile marketing campaigns. Also –there is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career through the company such as moving into commercial / business sales or in team leading. YOU? You are someone who wants to come into the sales industry and progress. You are ambitious and hardworking, not afraid of a challenge and enjoy working as part of a team and the comradery associated with this, celebrating your wins together. The role requires face to face interaction with customers which you can do with confidence and ease. You ideally will have previous experience in hospitality, retail, sales or promotional i.e. (door to door or merchandising stands. You will have qualities including resilience, determination and the motivation to overcome challenges will really put you in the A-League here. The Package! Basic salary of €19K AND commission with end of year earnings of €30k plus a normal thing with this company. Full time hours – Monday to Friday.
