The successful candidate must be proficient in general office duties, be fluent English speaking with a high level of written English. Be self-motivated, efficient, punctual, displaying competency and enthusiasm with ability to improve and expand business processes. Enjoy being part of a team in a medium sized but busy office. An excellent telephone manner, customer focused attitude with good interpersonal skills, providing administration and organisational support. Showing aptitude for multi-tasking under a pressurised environment. Duties. Place Orders. Check Delivery Dockets. Administer proficiency in code information. Tracking/follow-up customer and supplier orders, follow-on orders and deliveries. Record, deal, maintain and follow-up where necessary on customer and supplier queries. Prioritise orders and follow-ons. Photocopying/Filing. Requirements. Problem Solving. Excellent Analytical Skills. Significantly numerate. Attention to detail. Flexibility. Planning and organisational skills.
