German BTC Accounts Receivable Banking Specialist. Directly responsible for ensuring the all banking related activity in the relevant geographies are adhered to the company’s policies and expectations.  To continuously comply with blueprint processes and drive a quality service for relevant geographies.  To strive to achieve overall Service Levels for the EFC Bill to cash process.  Drive key metrics to expected quality levels. Key Responsibilities. Resolving queries related to bank clearing activities. Run Auto-post - checking posting rules to clear and post transactions where possible. Load the bank statements - moving the statement data from Bank to SAP. Liaising with other departments re clearing and reconciliation activities. Managing unapplied cash, requesting remittance advices. Resolve discrepancies (bank, business, customer contact. Provide support to BTC  Team Leader where required. Escalation and follow through of any issues occurring. Ensuring compliance with operational policies. Support the development & streamlining of processes. Clear any clearing requests received from collections / local finance. Investigate and follow up on missing remits. Posting of Cheques / Bill of Exchange. Ad-hoc duties. Ensure smooth operations of BTC Banking activities. Respond to ad hoc requests from senior management. Support market specialist on over / under payments. Employees in this role are accountable for individual assignments and assigned tasks and are expected to address recurring problems via established procedures. REQUIREMENTS. 1 to 2 years + prior experience in  AR/Cash Apps. Fluent in German & English. Shared services and or multinational experience. Relevant 3rd level education degree or similar. Good Excel. SAP experience (CM, billing Modules) is a plus. Good Analytical Skills.
