Cafe Manager Job in South Dublin. We here in Excel Recruitment are currently in search of a Cafe Manager in a South Dublin location. Our Client is a well-known and highly established retail store with an exceptional fresh food offering and are seeking a Cafe Manager to be a part of their team. The Cafe Manager will ideally be a graduate and will need to be customer service orientated with a genuine passion for food. Our client are committed to providing high quality food as well as building a strong rapport in the local area and the Cafe Manager will be responsible for furthering this. Our Client offers a salary package of €22-24K for the right candidate for this job. Responsibilities of the Cafe Manager: Managing a team of staff members ensuring a productive work force. Ordering of stock, dealing with fresh food suppliers. Meeting KPI’s and sales targets. Ensuring all HACCP Documentation is up to date. Meeting all HACCP and food safety standards. Adhoc duties. Requirements of this Cafe Manager Job. Fully HACCP and food safety trained. Experience working in a fast paced food environment. Experience managing a team of staff members. A proven track record working in a target driven environment. A proven track record in passing annual health and safety audits. An degree is desirable but not essential for this job.
