Intercompany Analyst. Our client is a leading multinational based in South Dublin who currently require an Intercompany Analyst. This role will provide intercompany related services in a timely and cost effective way to a variety of European countries and will report to the Intercompany Cycle Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Matching of goods received notes to invoices and review exceptions of AVMP program. Reviewing ageing of logged vouchers, goods received notes and resolving issues relating to these. Generation of reconciliation report on interfaces and investigating exceptions. Involvement in system management of AR and AP sub-ledger, including integrity review and sub-ledger to GL reconciliation. Involvement in netting process, including recording of netting settlement, follow-up on netting related queries. Ad hoc projects, such as testing new programs, working on process improvement of Intercompany process. Weekly review of various reports and analyzing exceptions. Involvement in Intercompany month-end process with responsibility to reconcile specified balance sheet accounts. Ensure deadlines and timetables are met. Support business partners as per SLAs. Work as part of the Intercompany team to meet agreed performance measures. Communicate with European supply chain on receiving, system issues. Communicate with Local Country Finance, other Team Members and with Manager on issues and areas for improvement. Liaise with other entities on various projects, questions and general intercompany queries. Requirements. 1 to 2 years accounting experience. Degree/Diploma in accounting-related discipline. JDE/Oracle/SAP -  AP/AR system expert and work with general ledger inquiries. Develop expertise in MS Access. Experienced of financial systems and processes.  Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to work and contribute as a member of a team in a challenging and dynamic environment. Problem-solving and analytical skills. An awareness of the needs of clients and an ability to deliver excellent client service. English language is essential.  Fluency in other European languages is a plus. Strong IT skills.
