We are now looking for additional Recruitment Consultants with at least 2 to 3 years’ full-time professional experience in HR, Recruitmentor Sales for our Recruitment Teams in Dublin. Brightwater is a Recruitment Consultancy, not an agency. One of the biggest, best and most respected brands in Ireland, we have over 90 staff, 3 offices, sales of €15 million and due entirely to expansion, we are now looking for an additional Consultant for our Tax and HR Recruitment Teams. We are looking to hire people with at least 2 to 3 years’ professional experience in Sales or HR. Brightwater staff are well educated and sometimes professionally qualified, but realised that number-crunching and paper-pushing was not for them, they wanted to get in amongst them. More the sort of person who enjoys to do, rather than complete the paperwork after. No previous recruitment consultant experience is required. What we offer!
