Enterprise People are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a Dublin based Contract. Enterprise People are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a 3 Month Contract based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Helpdesk Analyst will join the IT Services team who are responsible for IT Support for a large local user base. The Helpdesk Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to inquiries concerning system software and application issues. Follow issues through to completion to ensure resolution. Provide technical expertise on all Windows systems. Provide a mix of software and hardware support. Support local and remote users. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: An IT Qualification. Good Technical Support experience experience in a Windows environment. Good MS Applications Support experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
