Role: As a member of the aftersales team you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This person needs to be ambitious, flexible, organised, be prepared to work as part of a dynamic team, and have good interpersonal skills relating with work colleagues and customers. Essential skills:- Must have a Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role. ADP/Kerridge experience would be a distinct advantage. A strong discipline with a process driven focus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A technical background would be an advantage. Highly professional & excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work well under pressure. Clear, pleasant telephone manner. Key Responsibilities. Interact with all customers professionally and efficiently. Communicate the VHC process to the customer obtaining authorisation of identified work. Processing of invoices and managing work in progress on a daily basis. Acting as a brand ambassador for the company by ensuring customer service is consistently maintained to the highest standards. Utilising manufacturer and company standards and best practice.
