Noelith Kitchen and Bathroom Retail Promoter. Position Overview: The Kitchen and Bathroom Retail Promoter (KBRP) enjoys a dynamic and high energy environment. Responsibility to provide an outstanding customer experience in the kitchen and bathroom retail locations as well as in interior design studios by introducing and promoting Neolith brand to new possible clients and supporting the sales operations of current ones. The goal of the KBRP is to create a network of high-end retailers and interior design studios in which to introduce Neolith and provide necessary support and assistance and promotional material to get the brand specified in kitchen and bathroom projects as well as other interior design projects beyond kitchen and bathrooms spaces. The KBRP will also be a brand advocate and will ensure the proper visibility of branding elements within kitchen and design studios as well as the up-to-date provision of marketing material to existing and new accounts. The KBRP should be able to position Neolith against the competition in the kitchen and bathroom industry and tailor their recommendations by fitting the customer’s needs. As a member of Neolith team, they will strive toward helping the company achieve its financial and customer service goals as well as brand positioning objectives. Responsibilities: • Promote the company’s brand products to the customers and create a positive brand image for the company. • Demonstrate and explain excellent product knowledge, methods, or services. • Monitor & positively work with the rest of the team to drive sales to meet targets. • Manage set up/down of in-store promotions, events and display of promotional material. • Plan in advance strategic visits-route to cover all existing customers and discover new customers. • Take orders & replenish samples and promotional material stocks and monitor and maintain appropriate merchandising material in-store levels. • Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising with displays, stocks & samples units. • Provide regular feedback to Sales Manager & Marketing on sales, product placement, systems improvements, research on competitors’ promotions & products and communicate on a regular basis to Management team. • Suggest specific product promotional material development to meet customers' needs. • Learn about competitors' products, identify consumers' interests, needs, requirements and concerns in order to answer questions and provide more complete information with highest levels of customer service. • Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside kitchen and bathroom locations. • Complete accurate reporting via CRM and or email with all activity tracking as well as other pertinent information regarding account status and competition status within given accounts. • Inform all accounts about new product launches via physical visits, calls and emails. • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management. (example: Trade shows presence. • Build customers confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple and solving their issues. Position Job Requirements: • At least 1 year experience in a retailer promotion position. • Highly preferable experience in promoting branded surface materials such as quartz or similar. • Strong customer focus. • Good sense of interior design styles. • Professional, self-driven, energetic and positive attitude. • Well-presented, Result-oriented, Motivated & Smart-working. • Ability to analyze results, competition promotion tactics and react quickly. • Excellent verbal/interpersonal communications skills. • Flexible scheduling availability. • Completed Leaving Certificate. • Proficiency in English. • Enjoys working out of the office and traveling. • Must have driving license. Salary is a basic of €30,000 per annum - with achievable bonuses of up to €50,000 per annum.
