Butcher Assistant Job Dublin. Excel Recruitment are seeking a Butcher Assistants for our client in Dublin. The candidate for this job must be a Butcher with 6 months experience in a recent butcher role. The Butcher Assistant must be well presented, have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. They should come previous Butcher experience and must be self-motivated and have a passion for food and customer service. Our client are known for their high quality food offering and exceptional customer service and the Butcher Assistant will be expected to contribute to this. Requirements for the Butcher Job. Recent butcher experience  Experience regarding cutting, boning etc. Fully HACCP and food safety trained understanding the importance of regulations which are set. A candidate with a true passion for the food industry, to match the passion of this company. Responsibilities for the Butcher Job. Day to day preparation of the Butcher department, ensure quality product and standards. Ensure that all food safety and HACCP standards are met. Provide a quality level of customer service ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the product and to provide the customer with further information regarding storage, recipe ideas etc. Ensure a clean and tidy working environment. Ordering in of stock, ensuring stock and waste control.
