Trainee Grocery Manager. We here in Excel recruitment are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Duty or senior Trainee Manager from a Grocery Retail background. My client are a Fresh Food Specialist company who are extremely passionate about people development, exceptional Fresh Foods and customer service. They are looking for enthusiastic and energetic junior retailers who has a passion for retail with an ambition to develop their careers. This job will see you assist the Grocery Department Manager in running a large ambient department and organizing and delegating it’s staff. We have a number of jobs in South and North Dublin, looking for fresh food management experience or grocery, – salary is slightly negotiable ranged between 23- 25,000. 39 hour week. Requirements for the Team Leader Job. 2 years’ experience minimum required in a Grocery Retail environment. Fully HACCP and food safety trained understanding the importance of regulations which are set. A candidate with a true passion for the food industry, to match the passion of this company. Excellent customer service skills. Basic understanding of Margins and waste procedures. Strong experience managing a number of staff. Flexible to work early and evening shifts.
