Deli Manager Job in Dublin. Currently seeking an experienced Fresh Food Deli Manager in the Dublin location. The candidate for this job should have a true passion for the food industry and experience in working in a fast paced environment. Our Client is a highly established grocery retail chain whom emphasise fresh food management and customer service. We are looking for an experienced Deli Manager who has managed a team of staff in a café or retail environment and is looking to take the next step in their career by working with a large grocery retail group. Requirements of the Deli Manager Job. A minimum of 2 years deli management experience. The candidates must be fully HACCP and food safety trained. Experience in managing a team of staff members. Experience in dealing with annual health and safety audits. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Experience working with KPI’s and targets. Responsibilities of the Deli Manager Job: Day to day management of the Deli department operations. Ensuring all HACCP and food safety standards are met and reports are up to date. Ensuring to pass all annual health and safety audits. Completion of staff rotas, delegation of tasks to staff members during this time and ensuring a productive working environment. Ensuring all KPI’s and targets are successfully achieved throughout the year. Reporting directly to the Store Manager regarding any issues within the department. Ad hoc duties.
