Quantity Surveyors - Senior & Intermediate. Dublin. €salary Neg + Car, pension etc. Our client is one of Ireland's largest and most professional main contractors, undertaking projects to the value of €100m nationwide. These projects consist of datacentres for blue chip clients, commercial & office projects to €70m, hotel extensions and refurbs, large govt projects, residential schemes, pharma etc, The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications with 4-8years recent relevant experience for the Intermediate and 10+yrs for the Senior position, preferably in Main Contracting, with good overall commercial and organisational skills and an ability to deal with a diverse workload. Working closely with management the QS will be responsible for; Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:- Maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management. Protection of the client's commercial position. Administering Contract Records. Production of monthly reports. Preparation of final reports. Developing relationships with clients / supply chain / professional team. Key Tasks:- Overall financial, contractual and legal contract of their projects. Close liaison with Surveying Manager or PCM. Knowledge & understanding of our obligations under the Contract. Preparation of contract budget including PEP. Maximise Value Recovery. Administer Contract Records. Measurement and valuation. Production and agreement of Final Accounts. Form Relationship with PQS/Client/consultants/Supply Chain.
