Project / Senior Site Manager. Dublin west. €neg + package (car allowance, bonus, pension etc. ICDS have an urgent vacancy for a Project / Site Managerwith one of Irelands leading residential developers who arecommencing a large housing development Dublin west. Prior experience in housing construction would be of distinct advantage, however applications from candidateswith large scale commercial / office building and main contractingexperience will also be welcomed. You will ideally be degree/diploma qualified in civil engineering, and will have a number ofyears’ proven experience of working with a large main contractor or developerin a project manager role. You must be capable of taking responsibility for a large project, ensuring the delivery of the project within time, cost and budget.
