Our Dublin based Client is seeking to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a temporary 9–12 Month Maternity Contract based in our Head office in Dublin 18. This is a position that will suit an organised individual who works well to deadlines and has experience working in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Processing high volume payrolls. Validating and inputting all data received to agreed deadlines. Checking inputted data and making all relevant corrections. Ensuring all payrolls are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Handling routine and non-routine queries regarding payroll issues fromthe Co.staff and management. Working as part of a busy office environment and ability to meet strict deadlines. Adherence to Revenue legislation while processing payroll. Requirements: Minimum 2 year’s experience in similar position. IPASS qualification. Excellent attention to detail. Must be a team player. Experience of working in a busy office environment with tight deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. Salary.
