Site Project Manager - Dublin. (Contract role Duration: Now to end 2018. Responsible for the local portfolio of 3-6 subprojects modifying packaging lines for serialization from Basic Design (front-end) through Execution to completion and hand-over Lead engineering team of up to 10 persons, comprised of internal resources and external consultants including description of roles & responsibility for the local team. For each subproject there will be a Lead Engineer responsible for planning and execution. Ensure good collaboration with FGM, other site project managers, PMO team, the Programme Manager and with suppliers by being: • Responsible for all activities on local sites related to the Serialisation project. • Responsible for the local implementation plan and resource requirements to be done together with management. • Managing the subprojects including quality, economy, progress/schedule, risks, vendor delivery management, internal/external resources. • Vendor (sub)contract preparation and follow up. • Responsible for keeping the relevant stakeholders and end-users at the site well informed about the programme and included in decision processes (communication and change management. • Ensuring the description of roles & responsibility for the local team. • Report project status to the Programme Manager. • Work towards Programme goal in collaboration with the other site project managers, the PMO team and the Programme Manager. Project Budget is around 3m EU. · Site responsible for keeping the AV system updated in close corporation with the System Owner. Coordinator for activities across the 3 sites. · Ensure that system data are updated and aligned with Data Owner ( both AV and SAP systems. · Ensure that FGM IE serialisation processes are maintained and updated as agreed with Business Process Owner. · Ensure that incidents with SW, HW and equipment are recorded in alignment with System Owner and corporate with AV to solve those according to the SLA betweencompany and vendor. · Proactively improve the usability of the AV system in close corporation with other sites. · Ensure that site/line WI and SOP’s related to AV system are in place and site Personnel are trained. Key deliverables. 1. Ensure that programme activities adhere to agreed timelines and budget. 2. Endure that resourcing is identified and committed to execute projects. 3. Ensure that Suppliers deliver on time (equipment, SW, documentation) according to Level 2 plans. 4. Ensure proactive dialog withplanning, maintenance and operations with focus on shutdown plans, including handover and exit criteria as well a stock build-up to ensure that the delivery performance and OEE are affected as less as possible. Profile. Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or automation. At least 5 years experience with engineering projects in an international environment. At least 5 years experience from pharmaceutical industry operations or related consultancy. Project management experience and documented result within serialisation, packaging technology, printing technology, vision systems, machine control or similar within same type, size and complexity. Knowledge of GMP, commissioning (FAT/SAT) and Qualification of pharmaceutical equipment. Excellent IT skills including MS Project, project scheduling and resource estimation/management) and MS Office. Engaged, structured, pro-active and self-starting and gets things finished on time. Strong collaboration, quality mindset and communication skills. Ability to create results across geographical, cultural and professional borders. Practices in Visual Management and to plan your own and other people’s work. Solid command of English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian will be an advantage (not a requirement.
