About the Job: You will work with the Meetings and Events operations Manager to ensure smooth running of the department. You will be supervising the activates of the team members to ensure all duties are performed. You will maximise sales and profitability through creating an environment where staff are selling, using incentives and promotions. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role in a Food and Beverage Operation.
