Description

Receptionist /Administration Assistant required for a well established association based in Dublin 2. Salary: 23/25K depending on level of experience. Administrative: To answer telephones and undertake general reception duties. To make outgoing calls as necessary. To look after the office and reception area and to ensure it is tidy and clean. To type letters and other documents as required – both copy and audio. To prepare materials for various functions/meetings. Stationery ordering & control. To administer filing. Liaise with sales team on records. Assist Training Manager as required. Assist in preparations for conferences. Attend conferences as administrator. Manage board room. To prepare and send out membership packs. To frank and post mail each evening. To assist in packing envelopes with regard to outgoing information including membership packs and monthly updates, invoices and statements. Act as PA to CEO when required. Keeping Administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date. To liaise with all personnel and assist in the provision of services to members. Bookkeeping: Prepare lodgements. Petty cash accounting. Other basic accounts work as required. Issuing of renewal notices to existing members. Issuing of invoices/receipts to new members. Issuing of credit notes to members.
