Building Operations Co-Ordinator. Reporting to the Facilities Manager and working as part of the overall Facilities Team, you will supervise the delivery of a range of soft services and provide the necessary team support to ensure the efficient and effective running of the site. Creation and adherence of planned and unplanned maintenance regime for Clients assets. Response and activity relating to remedy requests. Management and tracking of Building Operations stock including but not limited to: Management of local supplier base providing maintenance, project activity and cleaning. Track utility usage and identify innovative ideas to reduce environmental effect. Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies, putting in place action plans when appropriate. Oversee and update Building Operating and Maintenance manuals. Site Inspections to include daily cleaning, Heating, ventilation, air condition, Landscaping. Moves/Adds/Changes including Desk Assignments, Furniture stock ordering and management, Occupancy Tracking etc. Small Project Management / Creation of Budget & Activity Plan to include Refurbishments, Renovations, Expansions. Liaise with Deskside/IT, Telecoms, Security, A/V, Security Guards etc. Manage daily health & safety issues/fire drills/safety equipment/training. Raise purchase orders. Deputise / provide cover for Office Services Coordinator / Facilities Manager. Essential Skills and Experience. Diploma/degree level in technical discipline. Previous experience of working within a in a high profile corporate environment. Previous reception or hospitality experience. Problem solving. Good decision making.
