Team Lead Contracts Support, Permanent – Dublin City Centre. We are looking for an experiencedTeam Lead. You will be responsible for the support and training of the contract support team in the Business Unit, and will provide accurate and effective reporting to Senior Management. There is a very attractive salary of up to €40K, 25 days holiday, life assurance, pension and sick pay scheme after a qualifying period . Job Role and Responsibilities. Responsible for the administration of the Contract/Area profit reports, including Project accounting. Coach, support and train team members. Performing Dynamics Processes such as raising purchase orders, Billing, Posting Invoices, invoice registration etc. Maintain contract KPI spreadsheets, via correct process paperwork and documentation. Ensure and drive uniform contract information across business unit. Adhoc month end review i.e. dimensional mismatch, overheads, WIP, P & L reports. Issue weekly debt call and updates to Business Unit. Update and issue Weekly reports. Achieve results within quality, time, people and budgetary restraints. Understand business requirements and changes, ensuring continuous improvement. Build a team, ensuring whole team is effectively utilised. Drive the team performance, through motivation and commitment, involving people and influencing decisions. Organise and carry out monthly Contract Support Meeting. Ad hoc Month End work as required. Essential Skills and Experience. Newly Qualified Accountant or experienced P/Qualified ESSENTIAL. Good PC based skills, with excellent Microsoft Office Experience. 3 years’ team lead experience in a similar environment. Can demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus. Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills. Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. Committed to customer service delivery.
