Support Administrator, B lanchardstown, Dublin 15. We are looking for an experienced Contract Support Administrator to work with our client, a leading FM company. You will assist the Contract Manager in providing financial and administrative support: the ability to understand, anticipate and deliver customer needs, whilst building effective relationships, is the key to success. The salary on offer is €28K €30k ; benefits including 21 days holiday, annual salary review and free on-site parking. Immediate interviews are available so don`t delay - apply today! Main Job Role. Manage helpdesk and asset management systems. Maintain on site personnel records including training, holiday and sickness records and timesheets. Assist with Monthly Client reporting. Work with the contract manager on the financial standards of the contract ie monthly KPIs. Ensure that sales invoices are raised in a correct and timely manner. Ensure that Extra Works jobs are raised, billed and closed in a timely manner. Raise purchase orders in line with company requirements. Understand the contract and assist the Contract Manager in the management of WIP and debt. Assist the Contract Manager in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Achieve results within quality and time restraints. Actively participate in a diverse and effective team. Essential Skills and Experience 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with previous experience in a customer-facing role. Some Financial / Accounting experience . Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint and Access. Experience/ use of operating systems such as Dynamics AX or Concept software useful. Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus. Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills. Self-motivated and systematic. Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. Committed to customer service delivery. Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities. Be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time.
