Job Title: Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry. Location: Dublin City. Salary: €22,000+ per annum. Facility: 5* Hotel. Benefits: Competitive Salary. Excellent Exposure in a very established Kitchen. Meals on Duty. Proven Career Progression within the Hotel. About the Job: To support the Sous and Pastry Head chef in maintaining the Hotel's excellent reputations. Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and as instructed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef. Food Preparation at designated stations and in different stations within the Hotel. To ensure HACCP cooperation at all times. Must be an excellent team player and chef must be able to take direction well.
