This is a truly exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join a well-established cloud-based messaging service company. In this new role, you will be tasked with increasing demand for their innovative and growing product portfolio. Based in South Dublin, this new position will suit an analytical, data driven inbound marketer who can grow company leads in the pursuit of company goals. Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the COO you will be responsible for growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content. You will be tasked with reaching key business metrics targets. You will display exceptional analytical aptitude, taking marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization. Grow lead database and company revenues using a range of inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing. You will work closely with the dedicated sales team in the execution and reporting of campaigns. You will control and build on a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience across blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc. Coordinate regular content creation to be marketed via all inbound channels (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.) Use your innovation and creativity to propose and execute new ways of creating and distributing content that expands company reach and cause. Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand. What about you? You will be educated to degree level in Business/Marketing or related field with equivalent work experience. 5+ years relevant experience in a similar position, B2B and SaaS experience would be highly advantageous. Demonstrated track record in inbound marketing and funnel optimization. High proficiency in marketing automation platforms. You are data driven, thrive in a metrics driven environment and use data to inform all decisions. Proven ability to plan, lead, execute and deliver inbound campaigns against lead and revenue targets. You will be experienced and knowledgeable across the digital marketing spectrum: SEO, SEM, PPC, Affiliates, Email Marketing, Social, Campaign Management, and Digital Analytics. Experience in international markets would be beneficial but not essential. You are hard-working, agile, and solution orientated.
