RESPONSIBILITIES WiLL INCLUDE: Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements such as IT consulting, IT outsourcing and other IT services agreements. Liaise and discuss strategy with company stakeholders to find the best possible outcome from a contracting and commercial perspective. Advise and support company functions/stakeholders with regards to the interpretation of contract documentation and its business impact/opportunity. Assist in developing internal guidelines and policies on different legal and business matters. Train colleagues on contracting and risk management issues. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Lawyer with 2 years' PQE with strong commercial contracts experience. Experience with IT related contacts is essential.
