HR Generalist - 9 Month Contract. Role Summary - Working within an HR team and reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will provide HR Support to the business across a wide range of areas including Learning & Development, Benefits, Recruitment & Selection and Policies & Procedures. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Learning & Development needs of the business to include planning, scheduling and evaluating all programmes. On-boarding new hires (local and inbound assignees) and implementing various employee development programmes as required. Managing the Graduate Programme and Internship Programme. Review and develop HR policies and procedures. Work with the Management Group to implement policies and procedures and to drive initiatives forward. HR data analysis, payroll administration, etc. Manage the development of the HR Information System. Assist with providing a timely and responsive service to local and overseas employees by managing generalist HR queries. Carry out HR projects as required to support the HR Strategy. Qualifications and Experience: 4-5 years' experience in Human Resources with generalist experience - with at least one year's experience at a Business Partner level. Experience in Financial Services and working with global offices highly desirable. Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Excellent PC skills, including e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and HR Information systems. Ideally for someone with a short notice period or immediate availability.
