Business Administrator required for a well established company based in Dublin 2 for a 7 month contract. Salary: 24K + 2K bonus. Duti es & Responsibilities: The duties outlined below are the key reporting duties required of the Business Administrator but the role is not restricted to these duties and adhoc reporting and responsibilities may be allocated at any time. Working with Sales Director to deliver revenue reporting analysis and information systems to support and enable commercial decision making. Present market data and information to Sales Director and M.D. to establish and enable improved business and commercial analysis to enhance business development strategy. Enhance the account management capability of the sales team through informed market analysis and information. For example top spenders, by category, by sector, by rep and by specialist etc. Meet all reporting deadlines and ensure accurate information is provided to keep management board informed of performance in all areas within your responsibility. Analysis of information and data to support improved package and inventory building and campaign planning. Booking of orders as required , pre & post campaign management as required. Specific Financial Reporting Duties: Prepare monthly revenue analysis broken down into local v agency sales, short term and long term sales and various landlords. Occupancy and yield report by landlord by cycle and by region for each format. Work with Finance and Sales Director on pricing / budgeting projects. Specific Sales & Marketing Reporting Duties: In addition to general duties outlined previously the following detail the specific marketing duties that the business analyst is responsible for; Run monthly advertising expenditure reports and adhoc reports. Analysis of Advertising Expenditure data as above against actual gross and RC to produce % discount levels. Report on variances in overall spend and category spend YoY. Run Specialist & Agency Spend trackers and reports. Customer Service Duties: Customer service on all formats – assist with key duties with the Business Planning & Administration Team. Strata Booking System – Input of options and orders. Call in’s – looking ahead at campaigns and monitoring and challenging options as required. Other key duties to include (not exhaustive list): Damages report. Schedule posting dates & poster pictures. Copy clearance reports. Blanking Reports. Fielding calls and solving Operational issues. Competencies: Excellent attention to detail - key for data entry and generation of core reports. Excellent Excel skills. Good communicator and telephone skills.
