We are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator for this leading property management company in Dublin. This is an office-based role that requires someone with an excellent telephone manner and top customer service skills as well as a good understanding of customer service. The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background such as Front Office or Assistant - Duty Manager / Assistant Manager, with experience in hotel/building/property management issues and dealing with both guests/clients as well as service providers/suppliers. Must have excellent attention to detail, good decision-making skills, and a friendly, professional phone manner. Full training will be given on the accounts side of this role. But a good level of computer use & data entry would be needed. This would suit a young professional looking for a great place to start/develop a career in property management.
