We are currently recruiting a General Manager for this Dublin venue. This role is responsible for the overall operations of the venue, focusing on events, C&B and F&B, ensuring top-notch service and a quality product is consistently delivered to their clients. Further key responsibilities include: Ensure adherence to company SOPs. Staff management: recruitment, training and development… Ensure all KPI’s are met. Special projects as required. Health & Safety / Employment Legislation / Licensing issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience at senior management level within a similar, high-volume C&B environment (hotel, venue…). Fine dining and/or five star hotel experience a strong advantage. Further attributes include exceptional service standards and the proven ability to develop them in your team as well as significant F&B product knowledge (ie menu development, product choices…) and strong financial acumen and IT skills.
