Resource Planning Assistant. Role summary - Support the development and deployment of all human resource activities within the HR team and provide clerical and administrative support for Resource Planning team. Core Responsibilities. Provide full administrative support to the Resource Planning Team. Assist Resource Planning Manager in designing systems to ensure effective operation of HR function. Expedite all administration tasks required by resource planning activities (scheduling/setting up assessments/interviews, correspondence, medicals, reference checking etc. Support recruitment & selection activities by administering assessments tests and sitting on interview panels where appropriate. Deliver projects as agreed with Resource Planning Manager. Understand the business and ensure that all HR practices comply with organisational policy. Ensure any information which comes to light that may have an impact on safety of operations is promptly communicated to the relevant parties and recorded as necessary. Contribute to the improved efficiency of HR practices by working on projects to enhance the effectiveness of HR and ultimately customer service. Provide support to the business in order to provide solutions to enhance the effectiveness of HR and customer service delivery within HR RU. Manage and update all relevant databases. Manage HR Medical inbox. Maintain and develop all file structures to include the document control of HR Interview guides, Job Descriptions etc. General office management such as ordering of all office supplies, payment of some invoices, reporting office infrastructure issues. Provide admin support on the processing of travel requests. Essential: Excellent planning & organisational skills. Customer service orientation. Analytical Skills. Excellent computer and administration skills (Microsoft Office is critical. Flexibility - travel around the network will be required on occasion. Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar type role. Skills and Experience. Business qualification in a related discipline. Previous HR experience.
