We are currently recruiting Store Manager for a new Butchers shop - Food venue opening soon in Dublin City Centre. We need an experience Foodstore / Retail Manager with extensive experience in the Food Industry. Your role will be to manage daily operations, coordinate all shop procedures and ensure all guests/visitors have a great experience. The product is superb quality and the store will be very busy from opening date. Aside from guest relations and general shop operations you will be responsible for banking and cash procedures, Sales and marketing, HACCP and hygiene, HR and personnel management, achieving all Company objectives and meeting financial and operational targets. Ideal Manager will come from a fine foods or possibly Hotel/Hospitality Management background with 4/5 years Management experience at a high level of service delivery. Store opening/Refurbishment experience will be an advantage you must be very flexible and passionate about standards and exceeding expectations.
