Through business growth, wenow have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our IT division, providinga comprehensive recruitment service to a wide array of clients in Ireland and overseas . This position will be based in our Dublin offices. In this role you will be responsible for relationship development and account management of existing clients;identification and development of new client and business opportunities;sourcing high-skilled candidatesusing a mix of advertised search, database search, social media, and headhunt techniques; managing the recruitment process through the interview and selection stages through to offer; managing and completing the offer negotiation process; and bringing client assignments to a successful conclusion. You will have access to a considerable client portfolio, including many preferred supplier accounts; youwill work with a substantial and effective database, and you will be fully supported by back-office functions. You should be happy to workin a fast-paced, target driven environment. Interested applicants mayalreadybe experienced recruiters, or have a background in IT sales, or an IT background with an interest in developing a career in recruitment.
