VACANCY. Job Title: HR and L&D Administrator. Ref. Number: HRA/CO/AUG17. Type of Contract: Permanent. Number of Hours: 37 hours per week – flexibility with regard to working hours. Location: Central Office, Sandyford, Dublin 18. The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work with a busy team in a challenging environment at a time of great change wihin the organistion. The main purpose of this role is to provide full administration support to Cheshire services, the HR Team and the Learning and Development Manager. The Person: Skills and Qualifications. A minimum of 1 years’ previous experience in similarly focused HR administration role. Experience using HR information systems essential (MITRE finch/ TMS is desirable. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills and people skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to see projects through from start to finish. Excellent administration and organisational skills. Deadline focused with ability to work on own initiative. Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work. A strong understanding and working knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures. Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation is desirable. Third level HR related discipline and CIPD accredited. Be in possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland. Speak and write English fluently. Salary range: Dependent on Experience. Closing Date: 31st August 2017.
