Recruitment Coordinator – French 6 month contract – South Dublin. Excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Coordiantor to join one of the world’s leading multinational companies for a 6 month contract, based in South Dublin. The successful candidate will manage all staffing administrative processes end to end, including job posting, interview scheduling and offer process management. Key Responsibilities. Post job openings to internal and external job boards and close openings once hiring process is complete. Scheduling of phone screens prior to interview where required/scheduling of all interviews. Support administrative aspects of all offers: create external/internal offers for candidates after receiving required information from Staffing Consultant. Responsible for collection of visa documents and processing visa paperwork. Managing expense re-imbursement and invoice payments including PO processing and accrual management. Assist with reference checking – collecting reference information, arranging telephone reference calls, conducting telephone references if appropriate. Ensure new hires are correctly set up in the system. Clear hand off to HR Ops for New Employee Orientation. Job Requirements. Strong organizational skills and a very high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Previous experience supporting teams across Europe is desirable.
