Our client, an expanding civil engineering company, now seek to recruit a permanent full time Quantity Surveyor, based in County Dublin. Main duties: To successfully manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously. Preparation of tender submissions. Preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts. To be responsible for the documentation and valuations of any additional works or variations to the contract. To liaise with project team to ensure that an accurate costing system is set up and maintained throughout projects. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate MUST HAVE: Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying. Previous experience in a similar role. A full clean driver’s licence.
