Enterprise People are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a 6-12 Month contract based in South Dublin. Reporting to the Applications Manager, the Contract Scrum Master will help grow and develop the current development team ensuring scrum concepts are implemented and adhered to. The Contract Scrum Master will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Scrum methodology across development teams. Communicate sprint, release and team progress to all stakeholders using Burndowns, Burnups, etc. Work with Product Owners to facilitate the project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverable, required resources, budget and timing based on input from Scrum Team. Facilitate User Story elaboration sessions with the Scrum team and provide coaching on user story development where necessary. Work on multiple projects. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification. Strong Software Development background. Proven track record managing multiple IT projects using Scrum. Knowledge of architectural and design practices and patterns within an Enterprise software environment. Scrum Master Certification. Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
