Experienced Graphic Designer- 6 Month Contract City Centre. Our client, a leading multinational located in the City Centre, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their creative team on a 6 month contract. Responsibilities: Design & produce brochures, large format printing e.g. posters, banners etc. Invitations, newsletters, calendars, signage etc. Conceptualize layout, design, and production of print and electronic materials. Create complex infographics. Maintain open dialogue with customers and understand expectations. Communicate the status of projects to customers including total time estimate, time of completion, and outstanding issues. Design and create original material using basic elements of graphic design (i.e., colour theory, typography, layout, design software) incorporating elements of the company brand, when appropriate. Outsource projects/tasks to internal or external service providers. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years working in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of graphic design software e.g. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, 3D Graphics Packages and Flash experience desired but not a requirement. Ability to articulate and present creative concepts to team members and customers is necessary. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and be innovative. Strong written and oral communication skills. High level of enthusiasm and ability to work well within a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to work at a detailed level and flexibility with regard to outside office hours work where necessary.
