We are working with an in-house recruitment team for a major Social media company to hire a RecruitmentClient Services Consultant (CSC) to join their expanding team. The position is most often an onsite role at a client location in Dublin 2 and is responsible for the day to day delivery of products/services. The CSC reports to the Program Manager or Operations Manager depending on the size and scope of the account. The CSC must maintain quality customer service and day to day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work. Depending on the size of the onsite team, the CSC scope of responsibilities may be limited to one product (payroll, compliance or staffing desk) or may span over multiple product lines. A CSC must conduct themselves in a manner which is respectful and compatible with their client environment. As an “invited” guest, an onsite CSC must be diligent in respecting the client’s culture, expectations, and codes of conduct. A strong, politically sensitive customer service manner is required at all times. Job Functions. Maintain desk procedures and day-to-day processes. Maintain an updated SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures so that operation functions efficiently. Implement new processes and enhance current process to strengthen efficiencyPayroll. Facilitate the fullfillment of temporary requisitions through in house system (WAND. Engage with candidates on offers, background checks and onboarding. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest alternative solutions to the program manager. Resolve and follow through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and other stakeholders. Proactively meet hiring managers to discuss their requirements and to understand their business. Conduct orientation for all new workers either face-to-face or via phone while providing the new hire orientation packet. Collect all signed necessary paperwork. Maintain accurate and completerecords for all workers. Resolve and follow through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, either at the request of the worker or that of his/her manager. Facilitate Employee Relations issues and include Human Resources or Program Manager as needed. Provide consistent and timely updates of problems and their resolution to the Program Manager or Operations Manager. Escalate to the Program Manager any serious issues that may jeopardize position with the client or staffing supplier, or issues that require the involvement of senior resources. Consistently exhibit friendly, professional customer service. Client. Ensure that all deliverables outlined in the ‘Scope of Work’ are met. Maintain all order information in recruitment management system. Ensure work is performed in a manner respectful and compatible with client’s environment. Develop positive and professional relationships with client users of program. Consistent follow through so that issues are resolved in a timely manner. Initiate proactive meetings with end users to gauge satisfaction and to identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate this to your Program Manager and propose resolutions. General Responsibilities. Answer all queries within desk.com within SLA and to standard. Perform all required data entry before leaving work daily. Secure all confidential records in locked cabinets if away from your cube more than 5 minutes. Generate all required weekly reports to both client and team on a timely basis. Follow all required client and team mandated procedures and policies during the exercise of their responsibilities. Able to conduct business communications effectively both verbal and in writing. Display integrity in the use of equipment, resources and materials. Engage with the contractor through communications meetings, Facebook groups, emails and one to one interactions. Build a contractor community to create a positive work environment for all contractorsMinimum Qualifications. Bachelors preferred. Three years of experience in staffing, sales, marketing, HR/recruiting, customer service or staffing industry operations is preferred. Effective communication skills – both written and verbal. Effective interpersonal skills - Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients. Strong customer service, administrative, and organizational skills. Strong MS Office Suite – particularly Excel, Word, MS Outlook. Good data entry (alpha & numeric) with accuracy. Ability to function independently while being detail oriented. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability think outside the box.Preferred QualificationsCollege degreeExperience with quality customer service requirementsTypically, CSC works onsite at a client’s facility or offsite; both sites are an office environment.
