CULINARY OPERATIONS SUPPORT CHEF - NATIONWIDE. Culinary Ops Function. Continuously drive culinary standards through ensuring best practice in all operations. Product innovation, research & development. Food formats and operational support. Deliver culinary requirements within Sales and Business Development. Ensure new products and ideas are rolled out in a structured, professional manner. Procurement support on new products and suppliers. Develop and build relationships with professional bodies. Other support activities - events, marketing, mobilisations, brand. Culinary Operations Support Chef - Role and Responsibilities. Primary focus is the delivery of new concepts to sites through the pop-up roadshow. Supporting Executive Chef team. Be respectful of others roles and responsibilities, observe on-site protocols within the team while in a unit. Provide support and expertise to large functions and events as required. Assist with development of recipes and culinary information including research, innovation and development as required. Support procurement initiatives through quality and taste testing. To work as part of project team on mobilisations/re-launches/re-branding etc. Requirements for Food Development Support Chef. Must be passionate about food. Self-motivated, have an eye for detail. Be a good communicator - good written and spoken English. Must hold a full driving licence and be able to drive in Ireland and preferably have your own vehicle. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a chef. Head Chef or Chef Manager experience an advantage. Computer literate and proficient in word, excel, outlook. Salary - €30,000 DOE.
