Sous Chef Dublin City Monday to Friday. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef for a bustling City Centre Contract Catering Unit. Responsibilities: To prepare all food as requested by the Catering Manager and Head Chef. Assist in the compiling of menus as required. To help control stock and waste. Ensure deliveries are properly checked and stored. Stock is constantly monitored and rotated where necessary. Adhere to cleanliness rules and routines to prevent food spoilage and waste. Be fully conversant and comply with current up to date health& safety, HACCP, hygiene, fire and security regulations and procedures. Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming. To carry out any other duties as required. Requirements: Passionate about food. Organized and comfortable working under pressure. 2 years' experience in a similar role is an advantage.
