Role: Business Analyst. Description. My client is Ireland’s leading provider of wealth management, asset management, capital markets and financial advisory services. They are now seeking both individuals who are interested in progressing their careers as a fund/investment BA specialists and those with market expertise seeking to transition into a Business Analyst position. The successful applicant will join the Information Systems Department on a permanent basis and be expected to operate within a technical environment. Responsibilities. Gather, analyse and document business (process and technical) requirements. Work with developers and test teams to clarify requirements. Review and prepare system documentation and specifications. Manage changes to requirements in accordance with methodology. Provide on-going support to the business teams use of the application. Report any systems issues to business users and project manager. Skills and Qualifications. Third Level Qualification. 2-3 Years Business Analysis experience (will also consider 3+ years funds/settlement exp. Previous experience working within a structured SDLC. Experience of co-ordinating user acceptance test cycles. Good financial services experience (Stockbroking custody & settlement a plus.
