HR Generalist – 3+ years’ experience – South Dublin Excellent opportunity to join a small HR team in a role with a broad range of responsibilities. Responsibilities. Reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Advising management on HR issues. End to end recruitment in line with the company’s plans for growth, working closely with hiring managers. Supporting Induction for all new employees. Assist with developing and coordinating training for new employees. Keeping HR data up to date and accurate. Ideal Candidate Profile. 3+ years’ experience in a similar position. Strong preference for previous public sector experience. Third level degree in HR or related discipline. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law. Broad recruitment experience for multiple roles at varying levels across the business. Strong stakeholder management, both internal and external. Strong communication and organisation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
